These are my very first eggs as of 8/6/07 my girls were 19 weeks old they will be 20 wks old tomorrow

Here is mine next to a white large store bought egg. My hens are silver-laced wyandottes that are 23 weeks old. I thought I should go out and check for eggs and there was this little beauty.

Wow! Yours are pretty too! How long did it take for your BCMs to lay? Hubby wants one or two of BCMs....maybe in the spring.

It was about 21 or 22 weeks.

All three of our girls are laying. We got our 18th egg today.

Those are gorgeous! So, they lay speckled ones and solid ones? I want BCM's, too.
