I wouldn't bother with the online order anymore if you have that much trouble. You can buy these game cams anywhere, a Walmart with a sporting goods section usually has a couple different kinds, or there are many reputable hunting/sporting goods vendors online who will not send you the wrong product.

I 2nd what you are saying. I got a great one at Walmart this week. It was regular $129.99 and marked down to $89.99. So far, I have been more than happy with it. It takes pics AND video. It's also very sensitive, which is what I wanted since I don't know how small of a critter we're dealing with. Mine is a Primos Blackout. Got it in the sporting goods section at Walmart.

It's not a great picture but we caught this fox right behind the chicken coop. The camera was mounted on the side of the coop pointing into the woods...eeek
