ahah, they sure are mischievous... to say the least! I guess martens are chickens worst enemy here.
I've got a lot of videos starring beech martens from the trail camera I haven't lost any chicken to them yet, but I'm scared.
two days ago I saw an eagle, though. I had never seen one before! lot of enemies: danger comes from everywhere!

This is quite a long time ago. I have seen young eagles but not all that often. This was out in the pasture. I used a zoom lens.

WOW, ist that a bald eagle? beautiful picture and beautiful bird! in italy there are many birds of prey, but few eagles. "mine" was a golden eagle and I used a zoom lens too.
I'm reading this thread from the beginning in these days and there are so many creatures I would love to see in person... now I wish I could go to the USA on a safari!

We live on a hill. At the bottom is a man-made lake. A dam was put in many decades ago to control the water. The lake and river are loaded with springs. The beginning of the river is from a gigantic spring with several springs along it. There are many hydric hammocks in the lake where birds nest and roost including the eagles. Great Bass fishing.

There are manatees in the water in this pic.

Caught a fox inside the perimeter fence this time, plus a bunch of deer, which I will spare you, and other various critters. This is from the compact Apeman camera.

Is there some bird under the opossum in the last picture? I see some eyes sparkling, but I can't tell!

No, there's a rabbit running in the foreground and a possum, but nothing else that I can see. If there are eyes, could be a mouse.

This is the Zimoce camera near the house. Most of the pictures were squirrels, thousands of squirrels, oh my, lots of bunnies and deer galore, but there were these two marsupials of different shades and that darn FOX! NOTE: the dates are completely off, not sure what happened there, but those were definitely this month over the past ten days.
