Posting Pics of Coops/brooder etc?

Hi,

I am new to this site and am so sorry if this is a stupid question but I can't find the answer! How do I post pictures of my brooder and or pictures of how we built our coop to that section of this site?? Would I be correct in thinking it's limited to certain members??
