Comparing regions within specific categories of costs, the EIU notes that Asian cities are the most expensive for grocery shopping, with Seoul in South Korea the priciest for food. European cities are the most expensive in terms of recreation and entertainment.

I’ve been away from Jersey long enough to not know what costs are, but it’s kind of funny that the highest prices here are for “fuel” and fruit. Fuel is both gasoline and caffeine. Whether it’s soda or coffee. They all get you revving. I remember kiwi being 3/$1 in NJ. It’s almost a dollar per here.
We have a store here that was the cheapest in another state, but the highest here. It’s crazy.

Actually.. To be honest and spread knowledge of personal experience of BYC forum thread popularity..
If this thread becomes "Dormant", it loses it's listing on the Active Thread Feature Index. You know--the box to the right of what you are reading right now.
In other words, if no one posts any content, what so ever to this particular thread, it will lose it's popularity exposure that has been generated by a set number pre determined by the site programmers to respond and pick and choose such threads which are more popular than others. By me just adding a single post, seemingly behaving impatient, I am actually attempting to keep this thread alive and existing in the current ranking polls so we could possibly have much more than only 11 posts entry wise and even a greater amount of only the 11 members whom entered to vote as well. Kinda of like High School. It is a popularity system unfortunately. So I will rant and act silly, just to attempt to lure more than 11 people to take the ranks of members whom I am grateful that they have entered. Of course the same gratitude applies to the folks who vote as well.
The success of this contest will govern the inspiration for the need for a series.(another)
Anyway, any contribution being entry level or just on a simple reply or pop in is much appreciated..

Meatballs were cooked in the pan first....

Additional ingredients are in the jar: heirloom tomatoes, garlic, sweet basil, fennel leaf, all garden grown.

New appliance: veggie spiralizer!

Cooked spirals in same pan as meatballs to get the yummy meatball broth blended with the carrots. Also added butter and duck fat.

Super yummy! Mozzerella and Parmesean Reggiano on top. The sweetness of the carrot spirals blends perfectly with the marinara and meatballs.

As a matter of fact, I will reward any member whom aids the popularity of this competition and helps keep it in the mainstream. Even if it takes a little more than usual

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it so more interesting and exciting to have a vast amount of entries and competition/participation v.s. being a small & lesser known event?
So depending on the outcome of this particular contest success wise, it will basically make me more enthusiastic about continuing on with more in the near future.
I have created multi links in multi places for non bla bla bla appreciative members to index thru the fun if needed.
So if a little bla bla bla keeps the thread alive, fun & interesting, I say bring it on!
