Question?

Would a salad be considered an appetizer even though it is a meal for me? Hmmm....

Salad, nachos, cheese and crackers, stuffed mushrooms,chips and dip, phew there's probably more but I'm wore out

Crawled out of the cave and ready to enter contest.. Images are not that great of quality since I'm using an old fone. Here is a pix of it.

Dinner Entry.
Bowtie pasta with butter. Served plain, with Red sauce, and with Parmesan.

Sweet potato, stovetop cooked on butter. Brown sugar and cinnamon added.

Diced red potatoes stovetop cooked on butter and canola oil. Scrub washed with skins. Seasoned with Italian seasoning, lite(amount) garlic powder, and pepper.

Meatballs,,,, Half Mooo and half ground Turkey. Seasoned with onions,(caramelized), pepper, salt, seasoned croûtons. Formed and rolled in Panco bread crumbs and stovetop fried on canola oil on bottom.

Portions for lil grandchildren. They do not like all ingredients/items that we cooked.

Adult portions.

We all feasted quite well today
