I don't bake very often, but saw a Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart on dome show and knew some day I must have one. So here is my attempt. Apparently I don't own a tart pan so I used a pie pan. I can neither confirm or deny that the extra pastry/crust around the top was cut off and dipped in ganache and eaten.

Yikes slow that critter down.
Looking for pictures of coffee roasting while waiting on oil change. Not having much luck on iPhone. I’m apparently a dessert cook because I’m finding all kinds of apple pies, cookies, brownies, angel food cakes, chocolate cakes well you get the idea. Angel food cakes are from scratch here. Mint, chocolate, lemon and orange are some of the flavors. Maybe we can fix one up
