Those are a common thing in Argentina. If you buy a "pancho" (hotdog), you will be offered those as a topping among all the other stuff.

Consensus is… Not terrible but not great either but yet I can’t stop eating them LOL Also some pieces really do taste like coal. But the dog loves them so I didn’t totally waste my money.
