We have a pot belly who looks very similar (although not quite as large). She roams our 1 1/2 pasture with her goat buddies! She never smells and never soils her spot in the barn.
She like to make nests to sleep in out of hay and she roots A LOT! I think that is something we didn't know before hand. She's torn up big parts of the pasture. Luckily here in Florida things grow pretty quick and her rooting turned out useful in turning over the soil lol. They are very smart, very loyal and ours like most loves her belly rubbed!
Oh one other thing, her skin gets dry so a little baby lotion on the skin once in awhile helps.
