Potential foot problem

Looks to me like one of my hens had something going on with the scails on one of her foot pads. Is this like the chick equivalent of a wart or maybe a fungal infection?

Could be something like contact dermatitis. Ensure that bedding is dry. You can soak the feed in an epsom salts bath or in diluted betadine for a few weeks to see if that helps.
