I feel awful for not contacting vet before but I haven't had the time til now and now it's the weekend,

Just thought, could the egg shell have come from her? It was about half a shell, no egg although they could've got at it before I did. It was hard shell with the inside membrane

@Eggcessive sorry to tag you as I'm sure you get asked questions all the time...but your knowledge is so helpful. Any chance you can take a look and have any ideas?
