Potentially sick bird - poop photos

Hi, Just sharing that I'm not really seeing any improvement in my pullet. She's definitely lost some weight. She's still not interested in eating or drinking for the most part. Even stopped wanting to eat the scrambled eggs. I've had a little luck getting her to eat some mash (her normal pellets in warm water). Made a vet appointment but they didn't have an opening until Monday .... so fingers crossed my girl at least maintains her current state and doesn't go downhill so I can get her seen. Not sure what else to do for her.

Try oatmeal soaked in warm water. It helped my girls appetite when she was sick!

You might want to do a Corid drench along with the water with Corid. How long has she been unwell?
I think Sunday I noticed she was not as perky, but was still eating and whatnot. Monday I kept an eye on her and she seemed a little more lethargic than the previous day. And by Tuesday, that's when I knew she was definitely sick. I've had her separated from the others since then. I started her on Corid Tuesday as well.

I wonder if the vet will allow you to take a fresh poop sample in for them to run a fecal float now. Sometimes you need a sulfa drug along with the Corid. Maybe the vet could get her started on that before it's too late. How long has she been on Corid?

Yeah I wondered about doing a fecal.... I JUST had my vet do a fecal for my flock 2-3 weeks ago just to make sure everyone was good and nothing showed up. So feeling discouraged and frustrated.

She's been on Corid since Tuesday, but, isn't drinking a ton so also not sure if she's getting enough medicine to help (if it IS coccidia). I occasionally drip a little water onto her beak just to know she's getting SOME fluids, and she will take a couple drinks here and there from the water dish.

If she's showing no improvement in 3 days of Corid, she might need a sulfa drug in addition. I know @Eggcessive has already been tagged but I'd love to get thoughts from one of our super knowledgeable folks like her. Either way, I'd call the vet and express your concerns and ask about them doing a fecal float now to find out if you're on the right track and need to add a Sulfa drug.
