I would really like to get a omlet coop and run to separate my bantams and grow outs but they are so darn EXPENSIVE $$$that there is no way i would be getting one. I could build a much bigger coop and run for that price. I also thought it would be good for quarantining sick chickens because it's so easy to clean with the plastic but no way with that price. Sorry for the mini rant but it's the truth

and yes, the Omlets are expensive, and small. Good for grow out, or for quarantine - but then you have to locate it far from the others, and by the time you've built a new run and everything else... Might as well build a coop instead of buying.

It's cheaper to buy a shed and modify it. That's what I did and it costs very similarly to the tiny, rubbish prefab I had before

And a piece of advice to y'all...
Don't buy feeders/waterers!
I just made 1 feeder and 2 waterers Using these

They only cost around £20 each to make, but they're 25 litres! So I can hold just under 20kg of feed, and 50litres of water at once!

I use plastic gutters as feeders. great for wet mash. 10' for like $8. Though the end caps (if you need them) and the attachment hooks add a fair price (again, if you need them).
