Anyone know of a clean and honest poultry processor in North central Florida.
We have 12 giant massive broad breasted bronze turkeys we need to have processed.
Finished and ready.
We have a place that does our pigs and did a cow for us but he won't do poultry. He says it will be hard to find a place that does both. Regulations I suppose.
If we were only doing only one I suppose we would do the dirty deed but a dozen is a chore. 2 toms weigh in at 55# each.
The web search is giving me only places that pay for the advertising and not giving me the little Guy's businesses.
