Poultry show, Jefferson Ga, January 17th

Missouri Chick and myself are planning on being there as well. I have never been to one, and with it being so close, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity. We also have some friends from SC that are going to be showing some Araucanas. Hope to see everyone there!

I think I read on the Atlanta Pet Chicken group website that they are meeting at 10 at the front entrance. I'm planning on being there then. I've never been to one so looking forward to it.

I'm bringing a box with me just in case there are some chickens for sale and I don't have the willpower to say no

I know many in this area are planning on going. Mudderhen and I are making up buttons to wear for byc'ers. That way we can recognize each other. If interested pm me you address and I'll send you one. Maybe we could all meet up for pics to post on byc.

My family is going it will be our first chicken show. We're coming all the way from Thomaston,Ga. which is about 2 or 3 hours away. Thinking about entering a chicken but not sure we may just go see what going on.

Hey Ya'll, I'm making the buttons today, will send out on monday. They aren't anything fancy, but nifty let us use the byc chicken on them. That made it cute!!! If you don't get to send your address before wednesday, just look for someone there with the button pens. I'm sure you'll eventually find me or Mudderhen. I'll have extras there just in case. See ya there....

Here it is....what do you think? Mudder hen and I created these buttons for byc'ers to wear to recognize each other at the show. (most of us have never met and are very chicken happy.) They aren't anything special, but this is what to look for in the mail if you have sent me your address. Other wise look for these there, and ask around to find us. We'll have egg-stras.
