I just found out I have more company coming down on Feb 9th for two weeks. They will be here when Eric & Le have their swap but I have missed so many swaps this month and last from my DH being in the hospital and company but I'm going to Eric's & Le's even if I drag the company along. (DH just got out of the hospital and is home now, but still doesn't have any function of his left hand and also not walking too good. He is getting around somewhat with a cane)

I got 10 acres of my ow alongside the 26 I live on (the 10 is technically part of the 26 to make it 36 but the owner is sectioning it off to give to me). Would that be enough land for Maxx's sale? lol just needs to be cleared, fenced, cleaned up, etc....
