Maybe we could set up some kind of Chicken Wiki on the site. I'd love to see that!
It could replace the breeds section because it would specifically be about Chicken breeds. We'd be able to put pages up for things like wormers, waterers, and all that stuff that specifically are about chickens.
If you look on Wikipedia now, you see that almost every breed of chicken has a crummy page with nearly useless information about them.
We'd be able to put up real, legitimate information on each breed such as size, location, history, aggressive level, variations, were each variation is found. We could even include a whole section for crosses.
Best of all, you won't have to make the pages. Instead, the whole community can. Or you can make it where people have to have above 500 posts or 1000 posts or whatever. 800 seems fair.
That would be another plus for Golden Feather members, too! Maybe they'd have instant editing access no matter how many posts the have.
It would drive people to the site because web crawlers love Wiki's.
