Poults hatched cant eat?

My poults hatchex yesterday and ive shown them to eat and drink. Well they peck at the feed but dont eat it, almost like its too hard for them. Its game bird medicated baby feed. Ive raised poults before from my local feed store on the same feed. They didnt have a problem. Should i wet it? Is this normal? Or are they just not hungry yet? Chicks seem to eat as soon as i show them food. Are turkeys That different? I have some 3 -4 week old silkie chick i could put in there but i didnt want to put a chicken in there. I know they can be carriers of disease and the chick has been outside already.
Any advice?

i put a couple baby chicken ckicks with them and they seem to teach baby turkeys witch dont seem to be real smart at first to eat

I also grind the first container of food in my coffee grinder. Once that is empty, I use it straght from the bag.
