Powdered Eggs

Does anyone know how to make powdered eggs at home? Seems to me if everyone has more than enough eggs to sell then, why not sell powdered eggs or powdered egg mixes to folks who hike and backpack. The big companies do. This would be one way to preserve eggs for the winter as well or to have on hand for emergencies whether it is for people or for the chickens.

Ok,I saw this on another forum.You scramble the eggs cover a dehydrator tray with saran wrap and pour the eggs in tray and dry. them place dry eggs in food processor and powder them.

I scramble them and pour in icecube trays when frozen I pop out a put in zip lock bag.Use 2 cubes per egg in recipe.
