My courtix quail eggs are on day 3. We had a storm and i lost power for around 6 hours. I covered the incubator in blankets but temp still dropped to 79 and humidity shot up to 81 percent. Any chances the eggs are still good or would this have killed any embyros if they were developing?

I'd just keep going. Chances are pretty good that they will be fine. The humidity isn't an issue and its not like they spent the whole 6 hours at 79 degrees. Just a minor blip.

I lost power last winter for over a day and still had a great hatch. The earlier in the incubation period the less chance of damage,I think.

Thx for the replies everyone i will candle on day 6 should have a better idea then on whats growing. Wish me luck.
