Thanks Kathy and Speckled hen.....out of 20 blocks I am on block #8 with the hand quilting. I want it to look great beings it is a work for a man of God.

I have this quilt half quilted.....

I found out that I have until the 14th of March......even more

's. Headed to the library tomorrow with the kids and I am taking my quilt to work on while they are there. So maybe I'll be done way ahead of time. I'll take a pic of my progress when I get back home tomorrow

I have 6 more squares to hand quilt on this and then the binding.....Thank the Lord I have untilt he 14th. Whew!!! What a blessing

Let me go and get one now. I have one more block to hand quilt and then the binding.....whew!! what a project this has been, but I must say that many of my own prayers have went into this quilt.

Thanks.....I am just about done with the binding. As soon as I am done I will post a finished picture. This has been a fun project for me. There are alot of my own personal prayers sewn into that quilt as well.

The quilt is finished!!!!!

All I need to do is attch an envelop I made and add the poem for the Preacher. Will get a pick up shortly.

I have noticed I used to much batting. I thought doubling the batting would make it nicer but I think I should have stuck with one layer. Well, we learn from our mistakes
