prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

Wow, what did I miss?

Yoga....you guys are going to be shocked lol, but I do excercise hahaha... And we do a "sort" of yoga I guess, but there's no chanting or blah blah involved. It's mostly just stretching and relaxing and some soft music to help, kinda like my hot baths but I'll run the hot water heater out if I do it 10x a day... We do pressure point massage too, but that's not like some Chinese stuff, we literally have pressure points in our muscles and massage can alleviate toxin build up...

I've never done a yoga class or anything though, so I didn't even know there was meditation or anything involved. The girls and I just always liked to lay on the floor and listen to each other breathe ha-ha :D

Halloween. Absolutely out. No Halloween, no celebration of the dead, no dressing up as something to go beg for addictive substances from strangers.... We get candy half off on the day after though, woohoo :D

Movies.... If it has ANY curse, it goes in the trash. I will watch fairies, unicorns, elves and the like with the girls, but they're well aware that it's just like santa or tooth fairy nonsense, which we also don't do. I let the girls read books about mythology, but that's learning about the Bible too, otherwise they wouldn't know why it was so wrong to worship something like Ishtar or Artemis etc. Part if educating about things to avoid, in a sense. But I draw the line at witchcraft. And nudity. And blood and gore. But come on, my kids are 5 months old, 7 and 11.

We don't even have cable if that says anything about my POV on today's media and TV shows.

Just like the frog, generations of filth getting worse and worse over the years, and now its supposedly "normal" to see half if the degrading junk there is on TV, especially those "adult cartoon" channels. It's really disturbing what is on there anymore that people are just "used to". :(

Yeah i dont necessarily think all modern tv and movies are bad but all the half naked and drug and adult cartoon crap is bad :/ not even just from a Christian perspective but gross too and rude and not funny, don't see how people like that stuff

I like "the Bible collection".. It has some really great episodes of certain books, like Ruth, or stories, like the life story of Jacob, or Joseph, or Moses... Great way to keep the kids involved in learning scripture if you lose their attention after 5 minutes of reading ;)

Oh! "Gospel of John"... Awesome :)

Reality shows...ugh! Is there any censorship for T.V. at all anymore??? Even high-end animated movies are proving to be adult geared with the puns and inneundos!
