As am I. And you know something? I think that speaks volumes of the great people here on this thread. I'm sure we have our little differences in theological doctrine here and there in regards to denomination, different tastes (i.e. contemporary vs. traditional worship styles), but we all love and serve the same God and Savior. How does that saying go? "We may be in different boats but going to the same place." Something like that anyway. No arguments or bashing or anything that I've seen in some theological debates on other platforms, just Christian fellowship, discussion, and support. I think that's why the thread is thriving too. God can keep up with our technology! This is proof of that!

To suffer as He did, and while suffering, to say, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." That right there is proof that Jesus is God, without sin. I utter words of anger and frustration on a daily basis for the most trivial things. "That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death." Phillipians 3:10

All 3 of you just slapped the last piece into the big puzzle in.my brain about denominations and differences in "styles" We all have a purpose and place in the grand scheme of Gods plan. Just like the Jews have been blinded and deafened in order to fulfill their part, Catholics, Lutherans, Methodists, Baptists, etc etc... We ALL make up the body of Christ. We ALL have a duty and we ALL have a purpose. It's not to cause division that's for sure. I've seen that even though I may not understand the way someone else interprets scripture, that it's not my job to understand, but let GODS WILL be done. The holy spirit moves and convicts us each with a specific purpose and time. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to talk with others that may see things through a different lens than me because it helps me understand them more. I was scared to death of Catholics before I met one on here (where are you chickengirl lol) and it helped me out with not being paranoid that I'm doing it all wrong anymore haha. God will move me where he wants me as long as I don't put myself first and forget who is truly in charge. Different boats all going the same place! Great analogy
