prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

Hi y'all,
For the better part of my life I have had awful trust issues.
Over the years they have gotten some what better, mainly thanks to a dear friend of mine. Over the last two years our friendship was...well it was hard. This last year we have grown apart... a lot.
And my trust issues are starting to come back.

Please pray I will be able to over come this and regain my trust in family and friends and people in general again,
I felt like I had come so far and now it seems like it's all just falling apart.
Praying!

I sound like a real doof compared to my younger brothers, but I thought I would ask anyway, so please, don't judge.

I would love some prayers for strength and bravery, as the bravery Daniel and Jesus had during their times of trouble, (Examples: being hung on the cross and thrown into a lion's den).

Tomorrow, I am due for my first Covid vaccine.... The Pfizer
I have a fear of needles, and while blood draws are no problem, the thought of the vaccine is unsettling. And the possible side effects (apart from arm pain and fever) add to it.

May I ask if anyone has had theirs? And how they reacted?
I would ask you to consider praying that the Holy Spirit would give you wisdom and guidance. If you're feeling unsettled and not at peace (outside of a fear of needles) it may not be right for you to get the vaccine. I don't believe the vaccine is a one size fits all solution, and it would be good to consider where your feeling of uneasiness is coming from. ❤️

I would appreciate prayers for my nerves. I'm singing a solo for church today (which I've never done in my life) and I'm pretty nervous about it. 🥴
Thank you for all who prayed for me. I was very nervous, and I thought my voice was trembly, but it wasn't noticeable. I asked my husband to video it because one of my sisters out of state wanted to see it, and I was pleasantly surprised when I couldn't hear tremors.

Last night my GirlChild (granddaughter, 19), whom we have raised, severely hyperextended her right knee at work and fell screaming to the floor. She works at a Japanese restaurant. They called an ambulance and sent her to the hospital where we met her. They found no damage on xray, put her in an immobilizer, gave her pain meds and sent her home.

She will probably need more diagnostic imaging and may (probably) need to see an orthopedic surgeon. We won't know for a while if she will need arthroscopic surgery. She has Medicaid, praise God.

We have been trying to get some of her friends together for Bible studies at our house for quite some time. Every week something happens to prevent it. This has been the most extreme attack. We really feel Satan is working overtime to prevent these studies. Please pray that God will foil Satan's plans and prevent him from interfering with us carrying out the Lord's work of sharing the Good News of His salvation with these young people. They need to know God loves them and died to save them. We need God's protection! Thank you!
Praying for you!

I’ve had both doses, and thank Jesus all I had was a slight headache and was tired the next day!

It went pretty smoothly, but if I’m being honest, I could feel the needle (not my favorite) but it was pretty quick. The people there were also super nice!

It helped that I went to DQ after though. :p

I just tried to remember that it’s temporary and God is with me. :)

Not sure if this helps at all.

Oh, I forgot to mention, my arm definitely ached afterwards, but moving seemed to help so I cleaned out the chicken coop.

God has blessed you with a wonderful gift/ talent! When you sing to the glory of God, He is pleased and others are blessed. I used to sing when I was younger, not solo or anything, but just with the congregation, and it gave me such joy to feel I could hit the notes and not screech or frighten anybody, lol. But in more recent years my voice has changed and I am much more self-conscious. I love hearing people such as yourself who have that ability. Sing your heart out for those of us who can't anymore, or who never could. When I get my new body I'll gladly sing with you, but for now I'll just listen!

Great!

I didn't feel anything! But it helped since I have something to watch!

Nice, I went to Walmart!😂

Of course, it helps plenty!

I had slight arm pain too, they have you move it around to help spread the medicine.
I bet the hens were happy!
