prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

Glad your feeling better!

Thanks, you didn’t have to make that all for me, but i do appreciate it. :)
Hmmm... currently making a chocolate angel food cake and stroganoff.

Perhaps you would like some?

Also, please be praying. Our dear hedgehog, Hedgie, has been rapidly declining in her health. She likely has WHS, and now a mysterious lump on her neck. She can't move any more, and keeps defecating on herself.

We are starting to look for signs that she is suffering, for when we have to make the decision of putting her down. :( She's only a year old.

What is WHS, and how long do hedgies normally live? Not being able to move and bowel incontinence do not sound good. Have you had her to a vet?

Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome.
Makes it so that the hedgehog wobbles and cannot walk normally.

Hedgehogs in captivity live to around 6-7 years usually. Some live longer than 8 years, while some live only to 5 years.
My hedgehog died at the age of 9.

You're quite right, NC, we are all jerks, the Bible says so, over and over again. "The heart is desperately wicked," Jer. 17:9. "All have sinned," Rom. 3:23. "There is none righteous, no, not one," Rom. 3:10. The good news is we have an awesomely righteous Savior! And He can take all of us jerks and give us new hearts and turn us around ❤️ so we can become more and more like Him. And we get to share this good news with all our fellow jerks who haven't heard it yet! 😉
Thanks :hugs

Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome (https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/wobbly-hedgehog-syndrome) it's been compared to MS (multiple sclerosis) in humans.
It basically is a neurological degenerative disorder, and they slowly stop functioning until they unfortunately die. There's no treatment. They usually die within about a year of symptoms.
We've taken her to a vet a couple of times. She was supposed to go last week, but then my family got sick, so her appointment has been re-scheduled for the 17th.

It breaks my heart that having to put her down is a likely possibility. :hugs
