Well putting the time aside, we get a clear look into who's is doing the majority of the chores.

Originally it was a shared responsibility but ended up all on me which is fine. I like the interaction with them and getting to know their personalities which enables you to know when someone isn't feeling good. And all the chores are done to my standards when I do them. Nothing worse than something done half-ast(word changed to not raise the ire of moderators).
