I don't see any holes in the pics, not sure I see your concern. If you're allowed to have electric fence, you might want to add 3 or 4 wires to the bottom with a cheap solar charger (mine is .5 joule for $99). I use them on my portable shelters. I would probably put a door on the little coop for night time, but I'd close it manually after ensuring all are home safe. If you can take a close-up of the area that concerns you most, I'll be happy to look at it.

First pic, is that a door or just part of the frame, if the latter I'd bury a piece of pt lumber that overlaps, or you can use welded wire. If a door, then you need to be sure yo don't inhibit open and close. on image 2 a 4X4 buried as a door stop can close the gap. with the last pic, find a rock or log and just block the hole, you can also use welded wire but it would be difficult to keep in place. and again hot wires in addition do really well with our more creative creatures.

Mixed opinions here--I subscribe to better safe than sorry. I've found predators can be pretty ingenious, and from my background in security, layered security is always best. I've had friends build out what appears to be fort knox, but still closed the door on the coop at night, just to come out one morning and find a bad critter caught inside the run.
