I have two dogs (not siblings)
Duchess- girl, turns a year old in August
Duke- boy, turned a year old in December
They live outside, both are Great Pyrenees, amazing guard dogs

Duke was jumping on Duchess all of a sudden many weeks ago but I’m not sure how many. He stopped awhile after and they were both acting normal. I noticed the blood too. They always follow each other around and pick on each other until now. This is very unusual. A couple days ago, I noticed that Duchess was acting strange. She started going in the garage or under a tractor in my barn. She was acting tired. When Duke and I come find her, she gets up and kind of wanders off by herself without Duke. Then I started noticing her nipples and her gained weight. I’m not sure about the diet though.
I’ve never raised puppies before either
Here are pictures of Duchess:

Is she pregnant? How long until puppies? Any tips or questions?

By, "jumping" what do you mean? Mounting? Are they both not fixed? If they're both intact and you let them out together constantly, I'll guarantee 99.9% she's pregnant. If you didn't want puppies, you should have gotten them fixed, or separated.
Otherwise I would expect puppies soon. I personally don't have any info on caring/preparing for pups, but hopefully some one on here will.

They are will each other 24/7
They aren’t fixed. I was going to do that when they got a little bit older.
I will probably get them fixed after the puppies and I might keep one.
Duke would jump on her and knock her down constantly

Did you want puppies? Or were you trying to prevent puppies? If you wanted puppies then I get it, fare enough. If you didn't and both are unfixed, separation is necessary or 100% your female it going to get pregnant. Count on puppies soon, I would be surprised if she wasn't pregnant.

I wasn’t planning on puppies. I didn’t think she could get pregnant that early! I’m fixing them after puppies if that does happen

She is getting hot from metabolic demands of pregnancy.

Provide her a dark shaded place to welp (give birth). Mine like to make a den in closets as doghouses tighter than what they prefer. Make so male can give her space if he needs to. Start thinking about how to confine the pups and finding them homes. I would try not to let pups go until at least 10 weeks old so they learn dog and human social skills. My usual approach has lots of pup human interaction, but that is not ideal if they are to stay in pasture away from house.

Pups I raised got exposure to what they were to guard early but do not allow pups to interact with stock without supervision once they are about 16 weeks old.
