Actually, these ‘goat pee sticks’ are highly unreliable. There have been studies where there are false negatives on pregnant does and positives on obviously un-pregnant whether and bucks.
Thanks! I did get those. I did three, all showing pregnant. I had read about some inaccuracy so I did one on her wether son and he might be pregnant too
. Not saying they don't work. I know some people (hopefully me included) that they were accurate for. 
I don't recall seeing heat signs from a doe that was pregnant, but that doesn't mean I haven't. It's been a long time. Goats are funny, they don't read the books, and with them anything is possible. To feel kids, stand behind the doe and clasp your hands together under her belly just in front of the udder. Push up sharply. You should be able to feel the kids, if there are any and she is far enough along, as they come back down. They feel like hard lumps. Keep an eye on her rear udder where it joins the body. Changes in the udder due to pregnancy will be seen here first. I had goats for over forty years, and I never did figure out the ligaments thing. However, as a doe gets close to kidding, the tail bone loosens. Sometimes you can get your fingers clear under it. I wouldn't bother with an ultrasound. Either she is pregnant, or she isn't. Just keep an eye on her. Hope this helps.
Thank you, I appreciate your input! Still have had way better response on here than the goat forums. I really hope she delivers some babies! I watched her today and she was rolling around in the pasture like a beached whale and waddling about.
Just a quick update. I think maybe, just maybe, we have the slightest udder starting? She does not like me touching it, but I did cop a feel and it feels slightly squishy? Also, when she walks away from me I can see her little teats jiggling which was my 1st indication last time. I looked back in some text messages to a friend and that's what tipped me off to the development starting 3 years ago. Hmmm... Also, some more rolling around in the pasture. My vet tech cousin, who raised goats, says that her used to do that, and her vet said its a way of helping babies get into position. It's a warmer day and she's hairy and probably itchy too. I could be "noticing" all this cause I want it so bad tooI mean I don't remember the last time I was on the ground to check out her backside and udder so I have nothing to compare it too other that 3 years ago and that's a long time! Still hoping!!
just a suggestion, you may want to clip her with an electric shaver with a 15 or 12 mm attatchment. When does kid it gets really really messy, its easier to clean them up afterwards if you clip and shave the backs of her legs, underbelly, udder, etc. Find a helper to hold her in place or put her in a milking stanchion while you do it to keep her still. It also makes it easier to see if she has a true udder developing.
