Pregnant Rabbit Bleeding

I have a flemish giant does who was due to give birth today, I went out to check on her and she passed a small droplet of blood before hopping away from me and into her nest. I've been breeder ng rabbits for a long time but this was the first time I saw blood, is she in labor or is something wrong?
