We are keeping all 15!My family runs a small farm stand & would like to add eggs to it in the next few years. Will probably get another 15-30 next year so will have enough to sell regularly by the following summer! I’m in charge of raising the chicks & I don’t feel comfortable with more than 15 at a time). Will add another coop & run at that point along w predator fencing, there’s 50 acres to clear out but we won’t be letting them access all of it. Most of it is overgrown & used by the cousins during hunting season lol.) I’m so glad they decided they want to include eggs! I’ll be splitting chicken duty w my aunt & also growing some of the veggies.
