Preparing to set call and pekin duck eggs! Hatch day should be March 4, 2021 if all goes well!

No I don’t have turkeys. I think they’re really neat though. Do you have any?
I don't. I asked because I remember a video you posted that sounded like a turkey was in the background. My memory doesn't always serve me well 😳 I do have a hen that sounds like a turkey. Honestly I'm surprised she hasn't called any in

Oh, okay. I understand now :p I got my fowl speak mixed up 🤪 So it was Bandit that was offended by you not including them in your video. Your spotlight thief, I mean Guinea fowl are gorgeous!
Yes Bandit likes all the attention to be on him! Looks may be deceiving because he’s a real piece of work! :p
He likes to attack me if I walk in the yard. I’ve tried correcting his behavior to no avail. He frequently draws blood. :hmm

I’ve considered it but I’m too wimpy to go through with it...
^^^This is the only reason that 3 jerk roosters are still living here. I always tell my sweet boys to let the jerks "be brave" if a predator shows up 😂 One of these days I'll get fed up and find my big girl panties and take care of them.

Soft hearts aren't a bad thing... but I got no problem taking heads off extra boys or sick birds.
I do try to find them homes first, but if all else fails, they're tasty.

Two of my jerks are over 2 years old and the third is a silkie that will turn 2 years old in August. I worry that they'll be inedibly tough and the silkies black meat, just ugh. What do you think?
