Hopefully I won't induce Aztec overload with pictures. So many times I've had to actually put effort into not posting about my sweet little Calls. Well they're not so little anymore. Where did the time go? These little bantam ducks are absolutely precious! I still love my four big ducks, but it seems easier to create bonds with these little ducks. I love seeing pictures of your precious little ones. Are you still planning on having a friend take the newest calls? Does that mean that Fishy Joe will be going to a new home or were you talking about another group (or did I make this entire scenario up/dream it? <Sadly, I'm honestly wondering this

I do not believe in Aztec overload. I don't think it exists...Aztec overlords, maybe.

Fishy Joe is staying with me and his pals from the shipped eggs (Iggy, Riley, and Swim Shady). His 7 siblings went to a friend the day they hatched. I need them gone asap or I will find various reasons to keep them, and 10 calls is enough! For now.

The one in the back is Flipper. She is actually the same size as the larger yellow girl. They are both the biggest out of that group. Which is crazy because Flip used to be the smallest.

Oh yeah! I remember seeing Gray Pied on one of the Call color charts and I LOVE it!

Roxy is still fairly androgynous, but Butter quacks and is a girl for sure. @Conan thinks Roxy is a girl too. Hopefully she's right.

The baby babies will be 3 weeks tomorrow I believe. No quacks from them of course.

I love reading this! Although I've pretty much given up hope for Tallulah being a girl. I honestly thought I heard a quack out of them but haven't since. It's voice was the first to change like a girl but it's still in that weird stage. The other 3 have moved past that stage and I'm confident that Paisley is a Drake. Lylah and Faith both quack very loud very often. Tallulah has a very feminine look too, so hopefully I'll be proven wrong and I'll have to take back my words about her being a Drake but I'm not banking on it.
I thought Roxy was a girl for some reason. She also has a very feminine look.

TikTok is the truest form of a time suck That's the 3rd or 4th time I've been on TikTok ever but it ALWAYS sucks me in for a lot longer than I ever thought. I LOVE the video so much! The song choice is perfect! I saved it. Surprisingly, that site is very user friendly. I'll have to get back on to see if you replied to my question about Butter and Roxy

You are much stronger than I am. I said that I would hatch them then give a few to a friend... now I have 19 and i couldn’t even bear the thought of giving up one...

Isn't it amazing how much time ducks can spend inspecting every single inch and crevice of an empty hand Lylah is quite the boss lady and must be first at everything, but Faith is finally beginning to act a little more confident and asserting herself. It's like my very own soap opera. Paisley just stands back but will participate whenever he notices his chance to get in on the action without bothering anyone as he is such a sweetheart. Tallulah (still need to figure out a similar sounding masculine or gender neutral name) isn't as entertained unless I have some duck pellets in my hand, or there is nothing else to do. I'm just going to start calling them both boys I suppose

Does everyone just leave grit out for their Calls? My little flock won't touch it, but they eat most everything they pass by outside.
