Looks like it is big enough for me. How big of a bird can you put in it? For example, a whole 10 pound bird?

You would have to get the bigger size vacuum rolls. I’ve done up to 6 lbs in the larger size roll. You just make your own bags pretty much.

That is cool! I am just thinking of a nice size chicken. The local Tractor Supply had some un-sold Cornish-X last week. They make a nice large roasting bird. Just wanting to see how they live here in mile-high Prescott.

I once raised a batch to the 10 pound size. Better than turkey in the roaster.
