Problem cockerel- Please help!

I have a cuckoo Maran cockerel that is almost 7 weeks old, and he is becoming a bully to the other chicks. He pecks their head really hard and holds on for 5-10 seconds. I’ve never owned a cockerel before, so is this normal behavior? I get that they are establishing the pecking order, but this seems a bit extreme. He made one of my d’ Uccles bleed on its head (the blood is dry now), so I’m not sure what to do. I’ve separated him in a brooder area for right now, but any help is greatly appreciated!

Could he be trying to mount the girls? Typically they grab onto the feathers on the back of her neck to hold on.

But he’s only 7 weeks
Isn’t this to early or no?

Oh then yes that would be to early. He must be trying to show his dominance. I am kinda new to chickens so those would be my best guesses, sorry

Should I get rid of him? I have 4 other cockerels with 30ish hens and I’m thinking about rehoming 1 or 2 so the girls don’t get harassed all the time. The others seem pretty friendly, but the other I would get rid of is an EE who I think is a cockerel. They are all 7-8ish weeks old

I would definitely get rid of 2 or 3 of them especially if they are harassing the girls and keep the more respectful ones to guard the flock.

I’m most likely keeping 3. An EE cockerel, a Bielefelder cockerel and a BLRW cockerel. They are all nice as of now.

I personally would never keep a cockerel that at 7 weeks is already drawing blood on flock mates.

What are best places to post a cockerel for sale? I could never put myself to cull, so I want to rehome.
