Problem with Black Star hen

I hope that is the problem. She is not in pain when I touch her and now she is flopping around her crate more. She started out standing on one of her legs and now she won't support her weight on either leg. Her legs move fine and her feet too, but if you put her on her feet, she goes immediately on her side. I am not giving up yet. She is acting normally otherwise.

I have 3 BSL one hurt her leg and it took almost 1 mo to get to the point she did not limp.

Black Star's are also known as Black Sex-links. They are superb egg layers and even had a few lay eggs during molt when other breeds stopped laying during molt. They seem to be more friendly than Red Stars IMO. Barred Rocks are my favorites, Black Stars are a close second. You'll be happy with your Black Star.
