Problem with my month-old chicks feces

I have 5 chicks, all about a month old. They are having really runny feces. Is this a problem? If so, what's going on?

Note: I accidentally bought the wrong kind of feed- it's made for adult hens. I will go back to normal chick feed in a few days but i wonder if this is the problem. It's purina brand chicken feed- i have also noticed that Purina dog chow acts like junk food with my dog.

It could well be the change in feed. Key thing is to make sure there are no spots of blood in the stool, and that the chicks are looking OK otherwise.

Go back to the old feed and save the other for when they get older and see how they do.
