problem with wing?

I got this new chick two days ago and something is different with one of its wings. These are really bad pictures.

I dont know if you can really tell from these pics but the bottom feathers dont fold into her/his body. The other wing doesnt do this and none of my other chicks looked like this. Not sure if its a problem or not.

I had a lovebird baby whose feathers on its wing turned the wrong way. The pen feathers on the wing looked to be crinkled at the point where the feathers came out of the skin.
After the first molt, the feathers were normal.
I can only assume something happened in the egg or the nestbox which damaged the early shaft of the feathers.

Maybe this is similiar to your baby. Something could have happened in shipment.
