One of my chicks is having issues fully passing poop. She 2 weeks old and seems to be acting fine otherwise. My 5 other chicks seem to be fine. They are eating manna pro starter and i treat them with a few grubbleys. Since giving more than just starter, they have access to and are eating chick grit. Any suggestions?

Poor little thing!

I would give him a little coconut oil or mineral oil. Looks like the chick is constipated. You may need to clean up the rear and see that the chick is drinking really well too.
After he's pooped, apply a little vaseline or coconut oil on the vent it looks irritated.

What would be the best way to give her coconut oil or mineral oil? And how much?
Freeze some coconut oil then break into tiny pieces and push in the beak. Try to get 1/2 tsp in her.
If you have any chick electrolytes I'd put out a waterer with that in it and a second with fresh clean water.
I would also feed everyone a wet mash made from their starter. Offer it in a tray. Yes, they will walk in it and make a mess but this little one needs lots of moisture.
I've used flipped over lids for feed trays for my chicks as I always feed fermented chick starter.
