Problems on lockdown

This is what the air cells should look like each week of incubation:

Every 2 days to hatch drop temperature to 37.0° and let your humidity be 75%-80%
Am very sure you will have better hatch ,after hatching return it back to 37.5°

With respect, it doesn't sound like the temperature and humidity at lockdown are the issue. Rather it is the humidity during the first 18 days. So making temp and humidity changes just for lockdown won't help.

If humidity is too low they won't come out and if its too high th
I usually run it 60% RH all way through incubation because I do staggered batches but I have tried it in every variation of humidity you could think of. I tried it at 40% through day 18 then 65-70% humidity lockdown. I’m clueless
When its 20day let your humidity should be 70% to 80% when measuring humidity measure it from down on the hatching tray.

You need to calibrate you incubator .I'm not a big fan of digital gages . I find they can be off sometimes a little sometimes a lot . The only way to calibrate on board digital is with another thermometer and hygrometer you know to be exact . Calibrating thermometers has driven me nuts more than once . I have spent a lot of money searching for accurate hygrometers . You want a hygrometer than can be set to the right humidity after calibration . I only have experience with one . However I know there may be more . the cheapest and most accurate thermometer I know of is for aquariums at walmart $3 and the only hygrometer I Use is the hygro set II it can be

set after calibration. The thermometer on the Hygro set II is always off a little bit

Digital is the best

This will help you track when incubator is closed that's what am using

@Codeye where are you located? What area? If your RH is usually fairly high, I have found lower RH in the bator is best... like 30% is what I go for, we have high humidity here... those pips leaking fluid really looks like too high humidity through incubation...

I don't use digital, most times when those go bad it isn't obvious... I use these, and they calibrate super easy...

And when they go, they flatline so you know it right away...

My eggs seem to develop fine until day 18 at that time i have several quitters and most the ones that do pip are not hatching. I have had nothing but trouble this year and im at a loss. I am using the GQF 1502 (Digital) which is supposed to be fool proof but I still have trouble. What is the discharge from the first two pictures? I'm certain whatever is causing that is my problem.

this is and example of the eggs that are pipping but not hatching

Is this the 1502 sportsman cabinet your using? New or used ? in a controlled environment or in the barn ? What part of the world are you in ?
