I think I would cook them today or freeze them.
Thanks. I decided to put them in the oven just now since Im up anyway.Depends on the actual temp of the refig-- my top level is almost a freezer and the bottom is about 45.
And your comfort level. I often cook it up and then test it for flavor-- if it is not food enough I toss it . . . to the chickens.
They are 14week old roosters. Im going to try to cook them in the oven instead of slow cook to see how they do.
