Processing Question

I am new here. I have been reading the posts about processing your own bird and about some people paying for someone else to process your bird yourself, but is there anyone in the state of Oklahoma that is USDA inspected processor here? Just curious. Allison

I can't answer your question. But, I wanted to say that in some (and I think most States) you only need a State inspected poultry processor rather than a USDA one. Poultry and rabbits differ in regulation from the larger meat animals.
