The red and buff are most likely cockerels.

Dawg has spotted the barred rock (pic attached) and believes it may also be a cockerel. With the limited view in this pic, I would concur based on the look of the comb, as well as its barring. If you are able to get a few more pics of this one we could take a better look.

I think this one could go either way, but if it’s only 9 weeks old my vote is for a slow developing cockerel.

Sorry I didn’t see that in the description. Then maybe they are pullets. I can’t imagine they are both slow developing cockerels. I was basing my opinion on the amount of wattle but since they are hybrids maybe the pullets develop a bit sooner.
