I have 2 female Toulouse geese. Gilda and Gertrude are fairly good natured. My problem is Gilda likes to be very mischievous. How do I keep them occupied both occupied and out of trouble. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Toulouse mama

Geese are very curious and inquisitive. Fencing is the best way of keeping them away from things that you want protected.

To continue posting on this forum, we require pictures of your babies, and lots of them. :D

Keep them fenced in a place they cannot get into trouble. You can give them bird toys from the pet store to play with. Make sure there are no pieces they can swallow.

And please make sure they have a safe house to go into at night! Predators will do anything to go after a fat goose!

This is Mimi who is 13 weeks old and getting VERY big. She was introduced to my flock of 7 Brecon Buff/Toulouse mix with her brother (who we sadly lost

) a few weeks ago and Is well integrated now. She's really noisy and gets very excited when she gets let out into the meadow in the morning and when she gets treated to wheat and pellets. She's so cute
