Profit for 4H journal

hello, has anyone done a 4H journal with their child & how did you show making a profit on your poultry? Are u selling on line, local or other? I am npip but want to make sure that this is listed for that reason. Any advice would be awesome & thank you.

You may have to have your extension agent get into their files of older 4-H pubs and look for a poultry record book rather than the newer poultry project books. The record book gives you a chance to list expenses, income, and so on. You'd be able to show your profit (or loss) there.
