Well I get notifications for everything else.facebooks,Gmail, yi camera, games

I just saw the screenshot you posted in a different thread.
I read this as your device is not capable.
I am not sure.

What version Android do you have?
Do you have Android 11?

Apparently Apple doesn't support industry-standard features. I ain't too familiar with the issue, but I've seen it discussed on the XF forum.
