Me too on lavender but the others are what I originally wanted to do. I may eventually have bantam lavender Ameraucanas or OEGB. The lavender quail is very pretty.

Do you have any pictures of the lavender quail? It seems I have seen some but haven’t been able to find one recently.

Out of the eight eggs I started number 2 and 3 where not fertilized. This is a shame because number 3 was what I was hoping for. Its a nice turquoise color.

The six eggs that where left are doing great! Ill be moving them to the hatcher in the morning on the 26th. March 1st is their due date.

So last night I got the pen separation done for this again. Gold Spangled Spitzhauben rooster with nine hens. Hens are as follows : Two Gold Spangled Spitzhauben, Three Chamois Spangled Spitzhauben, Two Blue Ameraucana, One Black Ameraucana and One F1 Blue Crested EE.

The females from the six eggs I'm hatching from the previous Crested EE project flock will be going in this pen as well.
