prolapse/blowout

can someone let me know if this is what my chicken has its called blowout, red thing hanging out butt we cleaned it medicated it like i read to do and pushed it back in checked on her in about an hour and it was protruding again pushed it back in but seems to keep wanting to come out she doesnt seem to be in any pain we have her seperated from the other girls but its going to get dark soon and there going to want to go in

Sounds like a prolapse.
You'll have to keep it clean and moist.
Can you cage it by itself indoors away from flies?

It may or may not go back in and it may happen again.

How old is the bird and what exactly do you feed it?
