I have pictures but it's pretty foul and I didn't wanna gross everyone out. From what I googled it looks like prolapse but worse than most pictures there is a lot hanging out more than golf ball size.

It's very gross and has bugs all over it. I have been working long hours and just have enough time to take care of them not really check them out. She's looks rough slow breathing not moving.

I've read it's treatable to clean up and push back in but at this point do I try or just put here out of her misery?

Photos are always welcome on the ER Forums and often quite helpful to be able to see what you are seeing.

You mention that there's bugs all over the exposed tissue? What kind of bugs - are they maggots?

Sometimes a prolapse can be treated, but usually it will take time to heal and must be tended to at least once daily, if not more.

Other times a prolapse may be too severe or damaged and the hen cannot be saved.
