I have an 18 month old Brahma Leghorn cross with prolapse. She has a tear on the vent. When I tried to carefully push it back in, something inside wants to come back out through the tear. I have her separated in a pet carrier in another area away from the rest of the flock. How do I help her or do i have to put her down? Vet is NOT an option.

I'm not tech savvy enough to do that but this is really close to how it looked when my daughter first informed me and I checked her. when I tried pushing it back in however it popped back out bigger and angrier. There was no black though it literally just happened between 8:30-9am when I get them out for the day and the time that I posted the call for help. (I have dealt with prolapse before with success but it was several years ago and there was no split in the vent.)
I applied sugar water and my antiseptic balm immediately and after a short time it started improving a little. I rewashed her as best as I could with saline solution and again sugar water and re-applied the antiseptic balm. It has comfrey in it among other healing herbs and is deep penetrating. It is my go to for just about any open wound.
I have given her my herbal broad spectrum antibiotics and anti-inflammatory tinctures. She's in a pet carrier away from her flock and she is very pissed with me at the moment. I'm taking that as a good sign.
However I cannot get it back inside without opening the split, also I read not to push it back in at all if there's fecal matter on it and of course there is and of course I can't seem to wash it all off. I'm trying not to stress and just be calm and do my best for her but I am very worried about her.
